This function is forced in firefox to let you read the message that download extensions only from trusted users and sources. But those who are expert need not require this advice and may need quick installation.

Here are simple steps to remove this install delay:

# Type about:config into the Firefox address bar and hit enter.
# Click on “I’ll be careful, I promise!” button.
# Enter security.dialog_enable_delay into the Filter text box. Double click on that preference value and change the value to 0.
