  • How to open GMail compose in Firefox Sidebar?

    By Techalites | May 15, 2008 | Topics: How To..., Softwares | |

Firefox Facts have recently described very interesting tip on how to open Gmail compose page on firefox sidebar. As such i have never thought of doing such thing but after reading the tip i thought it will be really very handy to have this functionality in sidebar. So if you want to refer any webpage while emailing to someone you can do so without going away from compose page . Also it makes very easy to copy and paste texts in email editor.

Also it will be quite handy for newsletter management and web developers to keep their things done. The tip is quite simple !! You have a functionality in your bookmark manager to assign wheather you want to open this page in sidebar or normally.

So simply by getting the URL of compose page of Gmail by using pop out feature you can simply bookmark the page. After bookmarking open the property of page in bookmark and assign ” open the page in sidebar”.
