gHacks have come up with an interesting article showing us how to extract email address from any file or folder. The tip includes using a very nice free utility called E-Mail Address Extract.
Just point this utility to any of the file or folder and app dumps any found addresses into an ordered text file, which makes exporting them elsewhere a bit easier.
