Using a network printer has been the key of many business to save wastage of paper and electricity and it is also logical use of resources for many of small industries and SMEs.But many a times most of us are not aware about this and if we know we do not have technical expertise to do the same. Here is step by step guide for how to install a network printer.
Click on Start > Control Pannel > Printer
Click on Add printer > Choose next > Click A Network Printer and Click Next
Enter the IP Address of the print server and Click Next
(You have three different options. Select appropriate for you. If you dont know you can use automatic option. If the networked printer is attached to another computer is being shared, you will need to enter the name of the computer followed by the share name of the printer.)
