tata plug 2 surf sucks it has the slowest internet service ever in the planet. it taking upto 30 minutes to watch a 5 minutes youtube video it is very annoying
i am using a tata indicom VDATA service — every alternate day i get error 628 – for the last six months which means once i get this error it will not connect no matter what you do —– their ass hole manager at the vasai circle say the network is fine …. but do not have a solution … QUICK ADVICE FOR MR.GOVIND RANJAN MD FOR TATA INDICOM …… EITHER TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES OR OR LET THE CUSTOMERS KNOW THAT YOUR SERVICE SUCKS ….. AND SO DOES YOUR TRAINING AND MANAGEMENT .

take ulimited postpay plan of rs. 400( available i some states)…..
then download opera mini or firefox ……
now u can surf the web faster
but speed is about 30-50 kbps which is full paisa vasool in 400 rupees….
but if u wanna speed then in my advice just switch to bsnl broadband because its affordable or tata photon plus (as of their economical plans ).

It’s true that tata photon doesn’t have speed which they are promising but they still have affordable plans in photon whiz but it’s still nightmare for heavy users .
plug 2 surf is great iam using and surfing very fastly when opening a google page with in 10 sec it opening great my prepaid plug 2 surf works great iam spending only 94rs per month and surfing through out the month they giving 2 gb free great tata photon whiz sungil modem. tata photon + is too much so great

guys …i had saw all ur comments and have commentted on so many blogs and forums abt TATA indicom …. thats d worst of all data cards …. data card is not much hit in india becoz of the USB modem price…. what all they say is wrong that modem is worth for few humdred only max.500rs(inr) not more than that… so when they sell for 2000rs that itself will serve their need….after buying d product people will lget angry and search for blog n forum to show their angry on it… but money is already gone…. before many years i bght CDMA 1x USB modem frm TATA n that time that was very new to market and many bght it n d service center i saw 5 peoples cmng with diff. complaints…. its very slow and have limist oki fine but why charge 3000 bugs for d device and monthly 700rs for low speed… i told to him in the service center that they will go in loss for sure n to my friends to not buuy this plug to surf… one thing is very clear that any data card – if more people access data card in your area then u wont get speed since it is wireless…so inside city or inside closed room u will get very less speed only…
