How to restore your lost firefox bookmarks?

Firefox bookmark loosing is an very critical firefox bug which have laid many of its users down and many have lost their entire bunch of firefox bookmarks after power failure or improper shutdown of firefox. There have been many discussions on recovering bookmarks that have lost.
If you read Mozilla documentation it says that Firefox 1.5 onwards thay have started auromatic backup of your bookmark and you can always restore hem if loose one. But the key is where to find this file and how to restore it?
Here are simple steps that you can follow to restore your bookmarks:
Go to C:\Documents and Settings\<Windows login/user name>\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\
And look for folder named “bookmarkbackup”
Or
Click Start-> Run and write

And see for bookmarkbackup folder in it.

You will see files as below:

Now Open Bookmark Organizer
Click on File–> Import
Select file, browse the file and click import. You are done.

Or you can use foxmark or Febe Firefox addons to regularly backup your bookmarks, which will be more convinient.
