How to protect your notebook from unauthorized use by removable drive?

I usually keep my notebook open throughout the day in my office and many a time my notebook is accessible to othe rpeople in my office. Only problem with this i face is my official and important documents are accessible and if i am not around any body can copy them in removable drive and use it for other illegal purpose. So how to avoid removable drive from unauthorized use my notebook is always a question in my mind?
Here is nice cool utility that can prevent unauthorized use of your notebook and unauthorized copy of files from your notebook to removable drive.
ThumbScrew is just 234 kb sized utility that will quitely sit in your system tray and will allow you to set settings for weather to make removable disk write protected or not.
Go to IronGeek website
Download the ThumScrew
Click on ThumbScrew.exe
And you will see following icon in system tray

Just right click on icon and choose the option you want.

So before leaving your notebook just choose ” Make USB Write Protected” and all USB Drives inserted will be drive protected and noone can copy any file from your notebook to removable drive.
