Nokia has just announced a press not that they will be taking control of Symbian UK. For those who does not know Symbian- Symbian is one of the most popular smartphone OS and has been very dear to Nokia since 200 when they launched their first smartphone and since than they have been using this OS to empower their all smartphones and all recent smartphones from Nokia like N series is also powered with Symban 60 series. According to sources, this is an effort of Nokia to break into the competition aroused due to upcoming Google Mobile OS as well iPhone and Nokia will contribute the computer code behind Symbian’s operating system to a new non-profit organisation to be called the Symbian Foundation.
