It has been the old news that Firefox has already acheived the guiness world record for most software downloads in 24 hrs. But We now have official announcemnt from Mozilla regarding this guinness world record. Just fot the information, Firefox 3 which is one of he coolest and newest browser from Mozilla foundation was released on 17th June 2008 and have been downloaded 8002530 times on a very first day.
Mozilla also has certificate for all of them who have downloaded the Firefox 3 on the record day and you can grab that certificate here if you have participated in the record.
