This is just to let my readers and iPhone fans know the buzz recently spreading all over the web, Apple has just released the iPhone 3G software code to developers and have started further development of Firmware 2.1 which is expected to be released soon. One of the major drawback in iPhone 2.0 seems to be lack of Turn by Turn GPS and functions like Copy-paste. According to sources, iPhone GPS sensor is just for position but does not give information regarding diection and speed but developers are working on new technology “push information” to get these features in iPhone GPS.
Other features like video recording, MMS are also missing and we are yet to get any information weather or not iPhone firmware 2.1 will give us these features as well.
