Panasonic HDC-HS300 series Camcprder is the latest in upcoming models of Hard Disk Drive with SD card based Full HD camcorders from Panasonic and are also amongst the most awaited handycam list on Techspot.
As the name itself suggests this handycam series comes with Full HD support for much higher resolution and much finer detail. It also comes bundeled with powerful technology of Panasonic called iA (Intelligent Auto) for Smart Control & Advanced O.I.S. (Optical Image Stabilization)
Other important features of this Camcorder includes full zoom control at finger tips, preset modes for variety of outdoor and indoor shooting conditions, adjustable shutter speed from 1/24 to 1/8,000 of a second & time lapse recording.
Panasonic HDC-HS300 HDD Full HD Camcorder comes in black colored version and is named Panasonic HDC-HS300K. We may expect few more colors soon. This camcorder is expected to be available in April 2009. And we are yet to hear official announcement of its price.

Panasonic’s best Full HD camcorder. It has everything a videographer required in the camcorder. On the pros side- Multiple recording medias, viewfinder, lens ring, LCD controls, Full HD capability, easy zoom controls, nice compact design and black color, less energy consumption, good low light performance and less noise.
On the cons side- image quality is at not the best as comare to rivals and high cost are the two major cons.

The HDC-HS300 is the top-of-the-line high definition camcorder from Panasonic coming for 2009. As with last year’s HDC-HS100 (Review, Specs, Recent News, $649.95) and HDC-SD100 (Review, Specs, Recent News, $899.00), Panasonic is providing users with plenty of bells and whistles for experienced videophiles: a viewfinder, lens ring, headphone/microphone jacks, and tons of manual controls. However, Panasonic might lose some fans over the switch to touch screen controls, which aren’t as precise or responsive as traditional joystick or directional pad controls. The other big change is under the hood; Panasonic has altered the size and resolution of their three CMOS sensors. The company claims the new sensor will reduce noise, but we’ll have to wait until the camorder is in our labs until we make the final determination.
