Samsung and T-Mobile have just announced a new cell phone called Samsung Highlight which is marketed as touch screen cellphone with affordable price tag. According to the news articles, this handset is expected to be available through stores somewhere in end of this month and has almost the same user interace we have seen earlier with touchscreen samsung handsets.
