Samsung has just announced in Taiwan that their latest Galaxy i7500 handset which is also known as the thinnest Android phone will come packed with Android and will have a hardware features like 5 megapixel camera with autofocus and LED flash, a 3.2″ touch screen AMOLED display. Further as it will have Android, you will have all the power of Google tools on the go and will be able to use Android marketplace application which is expected to grow more rapidly than iPhone applications.
